Synopsis
For a seventy-year-old Alfred’s in pretty good shape, managing to hold on still to that boyhood and kindred charm, that air of authority becoming a former headmaster of an all-boy’s public school. However, lately he’s begun to feel ‘out-of-sorts!’ At odds with the world, at odds with himself for displaying a lack of parental guidance and judgement, more importantly, Alfred’s at odds with the local authorities for wishing to prise into his personal affairs, relying upon the steely efforts of public-spirited Lou-Lou, his only grandchild, to sort matters out.
